Are you passionate about creating efficient office spaces? JMboron is seeking a talented individual to lead our workspace setup initiatives. As the Workspace Setup Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of designing functional and productive work environments. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire workspace setup process, ensuring seamless operations, and managing resources effectively. This multifaceted role demands a blend of project management skills, organizational expertise, and financial acumen. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workspace requirements, develop detailed office space plans, and coordinate execution with architects and designers.

  • Identify, procure, and ensure timely delivery and installation of necessary workspace resources (furniture, technology, utilities).

  • Create, manage, and communicate project budgets, overseeing costs related to construction, furnishings, and technology throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Responsible for monitoring conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements by performing inspection duties.

  • Performs daily field inspections and maintains inspection records.

  • Oversee project implementation, coordinate with contractors and internal teams, and promptly address any issues or delays during workspace setup.

  • Tracks quality assurance progress.

  • Manage allocated funds, track expenses, optimize resource utilization, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • One year of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

  • Valid Driver’s License required to visit project sites, clients, and other JMboron offices. As a condition of employment, selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review.

  • Due to the nature of the projects a US Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in workspace setup or office relocation.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.

  • Familiarity with construction processes and office infrastructure.
