Job Description
Handle daily HR operations in a Shared Services Environment including onboarding, off boarding, staff transfers, work visa, HR reporting, leave management, insurance administration, etc.
Take part in the administration of the HKIE training schemes
Ensure the timely delivery of HR Shared Services in line with service level agreement.
Collaborate effectively and efficiently with internal HR teams and within Shared Service team to execute daily HR operations
Collaborate with the offshore HRSS Support Centre on daily operation queries and transactions.
Participate in global HR transformation projects
Qualifications
Degree holder in Human Resources / Business Management or related disciplines
1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in HR/ Business Administration
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with strong communications, interpersonal skills to work in a multinational environment
Able to work both independently and as a team player
Capable to handle multiple tasks in a tight timeframe
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Visio, Word and PowerPoint)
Immediate available is preferred
Fresh graduates will also be considered

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $45,000.00 - $65,000.00
